Title: Problems with cash out

Hi admin

I requested cashout yesterday and all was okay, but today I had all the money in my balance and $0,00 on pending withdrawls. I tried cashing out today and the same thing happens. Can you solve this, please?

I see you had a cashout request pending.
What was the issue?

Basically when I tried to cash out, the money would not appear on my pending withdrawls but on my balance, as if I had not requested a cashout.

It has apparently been resolved, thank you for replying.
