Help & Support / Problems with access to account

Hello, I am trying to access my account on the site but can not, is showing up the whole screen blank and when I recharge, back to home screen. I've tried on another machine and asked my friends and verify this with the plumb problem. My account is up to date and another 15 days to expire today is the second day that I can not get into my account. I want to know what to do or what you will do for me not to lose more day access and even the amount you have in the account. I await urgent response.
